Joining Ancor in 2005, Carmel’s dedication and attention to detail help propel her through the ranks. Her promotions included supervisor of both day and night production before becoming our Operations Manager. Driven by a passion for improvement, Carmel consistently seeks ways to enhance efficiencies and identify cost savings. She leads Ancor’s Continuous Improvements team and partners across all departments to help develop new reporting and applications to improve workflow. Her calm and supportive communciation, proactive problem-solving and attention to detail are integral to our success as a business and the success of her individual team members. Beyond work, Carmel enjoys NFL football and family cookouts, as well as bowling with friends. She also finds fascination in crime docuseries, delving into the mysteries of the human psyche in her downtime.
