Innovative Software Solutions

easy-to-use, secure data solutions

Customer Portal

Ancor Automotive’s Customer Portal is your window into our production process.  Customers can easily track their data’s progress from receipt to print ready status to shipping status. System generated reports can easily be configured to arrive in your email inbox, or your online document library. The portal also has a ticketing system to report and track support issues.

Webview™ Search Tool

WEBVIEW™ is our proprietary data management tool that allows users to access their aggregated data across multiple key attributes. Labels can be searched on using endless vehicle specifications, such as VIN, wheelbase, or GVWR. In addition to the label content, you can search on manufacturing dates, build location, or shipping destination. Search results will show you an exact representation of what was printed.

Digital Print Center

Ancor Automotive’s Digital Print Center enables our customers to print anywhere in the world. Print ready files are shown in our Customer Portal ready for download. We also have reprinting capabilities built into the product. Our solution is turnkey, including material logistics, purchasing, and operator training.

Hold and Release

This process is an extra layer of quality and peace of mind to ensure a vehicle’s label data is correct prior to production. If a piece of data isn’t in line with an established rule, it is flagged for review, put “on hold” and the customer is notified. After confirming or changing the data, the customer can release the label for production, or it can be suppressed and resubmitted with correct data.

Monroney Editor

When port, dealer, or modifier adds equipment to a vehicle, an update to the vehicle’s Window Sticker (Monroney label) will be required. That’s where our Monroney Editor enters the picture – an automaker can update and print the Monroney label at the port, or anywhere upstream before sending the vehicle to a dealer lot.

Label Connect Interface

Ancor Automotive’s Label Connect API offers customers the ability to retrieve documents that can be fed back into their own system. This service is used for viewing Window Stickers (Monroney label) on dealer or similar websites.
