Ancor’s Software Developer Apprentice is a full-time, paid position for college students who are on track to earn their Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science or a related field. The ideal candidate will also have had some previous experience with database and web/backend development.
Candidates are required to work 32 hours per week at Ancor and are also asked to limit their classes to eight credit hours per semester. We find that this strikes a good balance that allows our apprentices to keep up their good grades while simultaneously making meaningful contributions at work.
Candidates hired into this position will be eligible for full benefits (after 90 days), including a 401(k) with employer contribution and tuition reimbursement for up to eight credit hours
Our Apprenticeship Program is a true working, paid apprenticeship.
