Jose L. Flores


As the CEO of Ancor Automotive, Jose L. brings a unique innovative and disruptive approach. Responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization, Jose L. drives the mission, strategic growth and day to day business while aligning the company values around diversity, equity and inclusion. Exuding a dynamic, effective and influential leadership style that inspires and motivates. He has successfully built a high performing team. His biggest driver is strategizing and continuing to look for ways to grow the business, while his passion is to help and give back to the community.

Tom Schneider

VP of Strategy and Business Development

Tom has over twenty years of sales leadership experience in the Automotive Industry. Working to build relationships, grow sales and provide solutions to the OEM community. “Ancor provides a fantastic environment for leadership growth and the ability to provide the best solutions for our current and future customers.”

Deric Jones

Innovation and Technology Director

Deric has always enjoyed finding simple solutions to seemingly complex problems. He loves building and cultivating, so when he’s not at work, he is either woodworking in his shop, out in the garden, or being the best dad he can be.

Paola Hernandez

Quality Manager

Paola is a Chemical Engineer that brings more than 8 years of experience, having the opportunity to live and work internationally for Automotive, Aerospace and Electronic industries. She really enjoys working at Ancor because more than a job, it really feels like an extension of her family.

Randy Kolodziejski

Launch and Special Projects Manager

Randy has been with Ancor for 20 years, holding various positions within operations. This has given him the experience to prepare our operations space for new customers and aid with graphic design. He says being with this team this long, it truly feels like family. He enjoys gardening, golfing and bonfires.

Laurie Lashbrook


Laurie has been in the accounting field for over 15 years. She joined the Ancor team in 2018 as a contractor until 2021 when she accepted a permanent position. Ancor has become more than just a workplace for her, it’s a mini community of like-minded, passionate people she feels at home with.

Carmel Byram

Operations Manager

Carmel has almost 20 years of experience with Ancor in fulfillment, packaging, and mailing labels/documents. She loves being able to help Her team when issues arise. Outside of work, Carmel enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and crafting.
