Before joining Ancor Automotive, Flores held key leadership roles at the London Consulting Group. During his tenure, he provided invaluable operational expertise across a diverse range of industries throughout five countries. Seeking new challenges, Flores relocated to Michigan, where he assumed a leadership position at Industrial Automation, a prominent manufacturer based in Rochester Hills.
